Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds shall be granted only if Pixelate Infotech fails to deliver services as stipulated in the contract.
2. Non-Refundable Services: Payments for completed services, domain registrations, hosting fees, and third-party software are categorized as non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel services before project initiation for a partial refund. Once work has commenced, refunds will be contingent upon the completed work and incurred expenses.
4. Refund Process: Eligible refunds will be processed within ten to fifteen business days after approval.
