5. Payment and Fees: All payments must be made following the predetermined schedule. Late payments may result in the suspension of services or additional fees.
6. Limitation of Liability: Pixelate Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss that may arise from the utilization of our services.
7. Termination: Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing prior notice. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination are non-refundable.
